- Provides an introduction to the arts and sciences of management. Theories of organization structure, communication, and managerial decision making are addressed. Particular emphasis is given to organization behavior. Additionally, a detailed analysis is made of the planning, organizing, leading, and controlling functions. This course is offered during the fall semester.
This course provides a managerial perspective on the effective use of marketing and information technology for strategic advantage and operational performance in organizations through case analysis projects,and class discussion.
